Abstract

¸ñÀû: º» ¿¬±¸ÀÇ ¸ñÀûÀº Passive Ultrasonic Irrigation (PUI) Àû¿ë °­µµ ¹× Àû¿ë Ƚ¼ö¿¡ µû¸¥ »ó¾ÆÁú ÀÜ»ç Á¦°ÅÀÇ È¿À²¼º ºñ±³¿¡ ÀÖ´Ù.

¿¬±¸ Àç·á ¹× ¹æ¹ý: 48°³ÀÇ ÇÏ¾Ç ¼Ò±¸Ä¡¸¦ Ç¥ÁØÈ­ÇÏ°í À̵îºÐ ÇÑ ÈÄ, ÇÑÂÊ »ó¾ÆÁúº®¿¡´Â Ä¡±Ù÷¿¡¼­ 1, 3, 5 mmÀÇ °Å¸®¿¡, ¹Ý´ëÂÊ »ó¾ÆÁúº®¿¡´Â 2, 4 mmÀÇ °Å¸®¿¡ ÇԿ並 Çü¼ºÇÏ¿´´Ù. °¢ ÇÔ¿ä¿¡ NaOCl°ú È¥ÇÕµÈ »ó¾ÆÁú Àܻ縦 ä¿ü´Ù. Ä¡¾Æ´Â PUI Àû¿ë °­µµ¿¡ µû¶ó ¡®Weak¡¯°ú ¡®Strong¡¯ÀÇ 2°³ ±×·ìÀ¸·Î ³ª´©°í(n = 24), PUI Àû¿ë Ƚ¼ö¿¡ µû¶ó ¡®1ȸ¡¯, ¡®2ȸ¡¯, ¡®3ȸ¡¯ÀÇ 3°³ ±×·ìÀ¸·Î(n = 8) ´Ù½Ã ³ª´©¾ú´Ù. ±Ù°ü ¼¼Á¤ °úÁ¤ ÀÌÈÄ ÇÔ¿ä¿¡ ÀÜÁ¸ÇÏ´Â »ó¾ÆÁú ÀÜ»çÀÇ ¾çÀ» Æò°¡ÇÏ¿´´Ù.

°á°ú: Weak ±×·ì°ú Strong ±×·ì °£ÀÇ Åë°èÀû À¯ÀǼºÀº °üÂûµÇÁö ¾Ê¾Ò´Ù. Weak ±×·ì ³»¿¡¼­ PUI Àû¿ë Ƚ¼ö¿¡ µû¸¥ Åë°èÀû À¯ÀǼº ¿ª½Ã °üÂûµÇÁö ¾Ê¾Ò´Ù. ±×·¯³ª Strong ±×·ì¿¡¼­ PUI¸¦ 2ȸ, 3ȸ Àû¿ëÇÏ¿´À» ¶§, 1ȸÀÇ °æ¿ìº¸´Ù À¯ÀÇÇÏ°Ô ³·Àº »ó¾ÆÁú ÀÜ»çÀÇ ¾çÀÌ °üÂûµÇ¾ú´Ù.

°á·Ð: PUI Àû¿ë °­µµ¿¡ µû¸¥ »ó¾ÆÁú ÀÜ»ç Á¦°ÅÀÇ È¿À²¼ºÀº Åë°èÀûÀ¸·Î À¯ÀÇÇÑ Â÷ÀÌ°¡ ¾ø¾ú´Ù. ±×·¯³ª Strong ±×·ì¿¡¼­ PUI¸¦ ´Ùȸ Àû¿ë½Ã, 1ȸ Àû¿ëÇÒ ¶§ º¸´Ù ±Ù´Ü 1/3 ºÎÀ§ÀÇ ¼¼Á¤ È¿°ú°¡ Áõ°¡ÇÑ´Ù.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is comparing the efficiency of debris removal of passive ultrasonic irrigation depend on different protocols.

Materials and Methods: Forty-eight mandibular premolars were randomly divided into 2 groups depend on vibration power (Weak and Strong, n = 24). And then two groups were subdivided into 3 groups depend on the number of times that PUI used (1, 2 and 3, n = 8). After standardization, teeth were split into two halves. On the wall of one half of root canal, three depressions were cut at 1, 3 and 5 mm from the apex and in the same way two depressions were cut on the other half of root canal at 2, 4 mm from the apex. Each depression was filled with mixture of dentine and NaOCl. After irrigation, images of the root canal wall were taken, and then the amount of remaining dentine debris was evaluated.

Results: There was no significant difference between weak and strong power of vibration groups. Weak vibration groups did not show significant difference depend on the different number of times PUI used. But in the strong vibration groups, twice and three times used groups show better removal efficiency.

Conclusion: The removal efficiency of dentine debris is not significantly different depend on the power of vibration. And multiple use of PUI could have better irrigating effects at the apical third area in the strong vibration group.
